Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Sage Society, every piece is designed with care and packed with love — but if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to make it right.


⏳ 15-Day Free Returns

You may request a return or refund within 15 days of receiving your order.
Returns are completely free — we’ll arrange pickup from your doorstep.


🎁 Free Gifts Are Not Returnable

Items received as part of free gift promotions are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.


📦 Return Conditions

To qualify:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition

You must contact us within 15 days with your order number and product photos

Items damaged due to misuse or wear & tear will not be accepted


💳 Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are issued in specific cases, such as:

Damaged or defective products

Incorrect items received

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


❌ Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled as the package is already in transit and no longer within our control.

If you wish to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible at hello@sagesociety.in with your order number.

Sage Society reserves the right to approve or reject any return or refund request based on the condition of the returned item and compliance with the policy above.

Returns submitted outside the 15-day window or without proper documentation (photos, order ID) may not be accepted.

By placing an order on sagesociety.in, you agree to our return, refund, and data policies. Misuse of the return process (e.g., repeated returns, damaged returns, or false claims) may result in restricted access to future purchases.
